Pathway Information: This course is ideal for students who enjoy food, hospitality, creativity and working in fast‑paced environments. Graduates can move into entry‑level roles such as kitchen assistant, café food preparer or hospitality team member. Many students progress to TAFE options such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Certificate III in Hospitality. For students continuing to university, degrees in hospitality management, tourism or business may align with their interests.
